Exercise 5: Long-term goal statement

-Identify your long-term goal.

-How is your long-term goal allied with your mission.

-Identify the rewards you associate with the pursuit and accomplishment of your goal.

-When will you start your efforts to achieve your goal.

-When do you expect to accomplish your goal.

-Attempt to visualize or fantasize what it will be like on the day you accomplish your goal. The more details, elements, and sensations you can include in your scenario the more real it will be for you, the more excited about it you will be, and the more likely you will be to begin your

efforts to accomplish your goal.
